Intensive 6 Month Endo Health Programme: Live Your Life Full Again

I only take a very limited number of Intensive 6 Month Endo Health Programme clients on at one time.

This option is for you, if you need more intensive support because of any of the following:

  • your symptoms are severe and are currently not being well managed with what you have tried so far including medications and surgeries;

  • you have co-existing complex health conditions that are also significantly impacting your quality of life;

  • you have struggle for a long time and feel at a loss how to navigate next steps;

  • you have a desire to deepen your own knowledge of endometriosis, by learning from me, so you can feel empowered to navigate balancing the complexity of the medical management of endometriosis with achieving the ideal lifestyle and dietary strategies to achieve your best endometriosis health outcomes possible, and look after your health throughout your reproductive life and beyond.

Live Your Life Full Again 6 Month Endo Health Programme Includes:

6 x monthly Telehealth video consultations: 1-2 hours each. One at the start of the program (please allocate 2hours for this initial consultation), one per month scheduled to support the implementation of treatment plan and relevant testing, and a final consultation at the end of the Endo Health Programme to ensure a long term plan is in place to manage the health improvements going forward.

2 x Comprehensive Functional Tests, worth over $1000 in total, are included:

Advanced Complete Microbiome Mapping OR Microbiomix Metagenomic Mapping (both $800RRP)

&

Vaginal Microbiome Comprehensive Test ($350RRP) OR Thyroid and Hormone Profile ($350RRP)

These tests are the NZ options, contact me if you are an overseas client and I will discuss your options. There are more functional test options if these are not the optimum tests for your health needs.

Tests chosen is dependent on what is needed and what will be most beneficial for you.

3 month Support Consultation Package

for Endometriosis & Gut Health

Initial consultation + treatment plan

Weekly email support

A follow up consultation + a long term health management plan

Price:

$850 NZD / Three months of support

This reflects the hours of the consultations, the email support, and the hours required to create the individual health plans after consultation.

The initial appointment is 90 - 120 minutes

An in-depth consultation, with

  • An individualised and comprehensive treatment plan put together following this first consultation.

  • On-going email / phone communication is also included for the months following this consultation to support smooth and easy implementation of the health plan, provide motivational accountability and coaching where needed, and tackle any hiccups that life may throw at you.

  • A follow-up consultation is included 1-2 months after the initial consultation to ensure continuity of progress and support. A look at a longer term care plan is essential to enable my clients to feel empowered in feeling they understand better their condition/s, and know how to manage their health on an on-going basis.

  • Email support will continue to be available.

  • If on-going consultations are needed after these first two, these are provided at a discounted rate. This is to recognise that the successful remission of endometriosis (or management of chronic health conditions) often requires long-term management, and I want the support you require to be accessible and affordable.

  • Supplements are prescribed for your health journey only as needed, and are invoiced for throughout the 3 months separately.


Individual consultations for Endometriosis, Gut Health, or other health concerns.

Initial consultation: $380 NZD / 75-90 minutes

Includes: 1 month of support

The initial appointment is 75 minutes - 90 minutes

An in-depth consultation, with

  • An individualised and comprehensive treatment plan put together following this first consultation.

  • On-going email / phone communication is also included for the months following this consultation to support smooth and easy implementation of the health plan, provide motivational accountability and coaching where needed, and tackle any hiccups that life may throw at you.

Follow up consultation: $230 / 60 minutes

These can be booked within a year of an initial consultation unless it is for a new health condition. New health condition follow up = $280 NZD / 90 minutes

A comprehensive treatment plan will have be put together after the first consultation. Follow up appointments are done as needed to ensure health goals are being achieved and to address anything else that may come up.

After an initial consult has taken place to get to know you and your health history, subsequent appointments may be shorter consults and can be booked for any new or separate health concerns that may arise.


Fertility Consultations - for individuals or couples.

$300 NZD : 2 hours: A consultation for two individuals and their fertility journey. Individual health plans for both parties will be created.

Child consultation.

$90 NZD / 45-60 minutes

Acute consultation.

$80 NZD / 30minutes

Acute conditions are things needing immediate treatment and symptom relief: colds, coughs, ear infections, UTI, etc.
